Rockford is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rockford follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I really really wanted to try a new place for cookies and ended up visiting Dirty Dough! Itβs a little weird that it shares the same space as a trampoline park but it was fine. I ordered their chocolate chip cookie and ate it seated at the little tables nearby. It was a super delicious, warm, and melty cookie! Definitely more on the underbaked, doughy side but I love that. I would definitely stop by again and maybe try another flavor too.

First and LAST time at Dirty Dough. The communication from the staff was so poor, we had no idea what was even available to order. We were told "up there" with a wave of the arm to the menu board. So after trying to order what was "up there" we were told that no, only the top row was available. (Though the digital sign was showing all sorts of "April" flavors.) Nope. So we ordered four cookies and waited. And waited. And waited. The first time they were made wrong, but without any word from the worker. They just scrapped that box and started over, without saying anything to us. So we waited. As an aside, I had no idea this place was a snack bar inside the bounce place. I thought it was its own entity. Kind of weird. But if the cookies and service were better, we'd go back, despite that. (After reading other reviews, I see a theme here. Not having advertised cookies available. )

Stopped in to get cookies, it's a Saturday night and was only 6pm. We were informed that they only had one cookie option available. Really unfortunate when it is advertised that they have all of these flavors and monthly flavors. The staff was not very friendly either. Had to take our business to crumbl and probably won't be back because of this.

My son wanted to try crumbl and dirty dough today- for taste AND pricing Dirty Dough wins- he also had the OC cookie shake at Dirty Dough which he said was "amazing" and his cookies were "gorgeous". I tried the same cookies he tried and agree Dirty Dough was the winner! :) excellent service as well :)

These cookies are so good itβs worth the money my family usually gets the dozen and eats them over the course of the week. however when we do come there usually is about a 5 minutes wait since itβs inside a trampoline park, the trampoline park also makes it seems a little less like a permanent bakery instead of a school fundraiser. but other that i love these cookies!
